Recovery of a traditional facade and its glazed balcony, respecting the original essence and improving the comfort and luminosity of the whole.
The objective has been to consolidate and enhance the existing architectural elements, taking care of every detail to maintain the character of the house. The intervention combines restoration techniques and current solutions to reinforce the structure, improve the enclosure of the balcony, and optimize thermal performance, without losing authenticity. The result is a cleaner and more coherent image, with noble materials and durable finishes.
